GETTING STARTED  - Your event starts with setting the dates and the place. Although you initial go through a step by step process, we've set it up so that you don't have to have all the information to get started. If you've ever organized a golf event for a group of buddies or gals, you know that it takes serious planning and it's an iterative process. So we've tried to make OYGE dynamic in the sense that you can step through and fill out as much information as you have to get started.  We create your Event Web site right after you enter the dates and place, so literally the Event site is up and available as soon as a participant is invited and accepts the invite.  The site gets poplulated with information as you complete the information in the organizer section that only you have access to.

You will find the organizer setup web pages under your profile anytime you want to come back and add or update information. You can go to any page directly by clicking on links on the left hand column.

Once an event actually gets started there are ongoing tasks that an organizer will do, so we've organized 3 steps under  the section MANAGE YOUR EVENT  to make it easy to find.  Adding photos, inviting fans, and entering scores. Of course you can go to any of the pages and make changes and updates at any time.

Organizer have the ability to send out a blast email to all participants and fans letting them know about updates or to give a reminder to check the event site for new information.
